Blaze stopped receiving text messages and phone calls. I contacted fitbit and they claim my phone is not compatible, LG Stylo 3 which I have had for a couple of years. It was receiving text messages and phone calls all along then suddenly stopped so my phone was/is compatible. I have re-synced, turned off, deleted account, re-added blaze, nothing is working. any help would be greatly appreciated.

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. Just as per the information that our Support team provided, let me share with you that the LG Stylo 3 is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it.
I'm aware that some users are able to use non-compatible devices with our Fitbit products, however, we cannot ensure a proper function of all its features due to this compatibility concern, Android and Fitbit app updates.
Even though your mobile device isn't compatible, If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Blaze are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
If by any chance you're still unable to use your Fitbit with your mobile device, I suggest you to try with a compatible device instead.
