In the last few months, my Versa is not always getting notifications of texts and calls. I could restart my phone, or connect and disconnect the Versa and then it would work again. Now it won't work at all. I have spent two hours on the phone with them. Last week we got it to work again for about 4 days then it stopped. Today after an hour she told me that it is a phone issue because it is an untested phone. Basically said to keep updating it, and it might work, but it might not. Anyone else having this issue?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
Keep in mind that, just as our Customer Support team informed you, the OnePlus 6T is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience connection difficulties with your mobile device and your Fitbit.
