for some reason I'm not getting any notifications on my Galaxy S10 plus I tried everything to repairing it and turning off and on somebody help me please

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 3 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Thanks for troubleshooting this matter with me. To better assist you and investigate further, can you please let me know if your Samsung Galaxy S10+ is running Android 9 or 10? As it turns out, we are aware of an issue that's affecting the notifications feature on Android 10 and working to resolve it as soon as possible.

As mentioned on my previous post, we are aware of an issue that's affecting the notifications feature on Android 10 devices and working to resolve it as son as we can. In the meantime we work on this, please keep the Fitbit app up to date to receive an update that will resolve this issue. Your understanding and patience are appreciated.
