Hi @Vicky.singh, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 2 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you for your response.

Your reply is appreciated @Vicky.singh, my apologies again for the delay in responding.
Thanks for the screenshot that was attached into your post, I received some reports of such error from users that are using a OnePlus 6T. As it turns out, such mobile device isn't listed as a compatible device with our products and services, I only received such reports from the OnePlus 6T but not the OnePlus 6, which is the one that's compatible. That said, I suggest you to try with a compatible device instead and let me know if the issue persists.
Keep me posted.
