Not receiving notifications with Samsung Galaxy S9+

I have a Galaxy 9+ and I can not sync my notifications. I am not receiving any messages at all. No texts, calls, anything. I have tried everything it says to do and nothing. I will never purchase another fitbit again!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured.

 

After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I have done all the troubleshooting steps you mentioned above and still don't get any notifications.  My fitbit syncs to my phone but doesn't seem to receive information from the phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 and a Fitbit Charge 3.

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation before posting over here. Based on the information that was shared with me, it seems that the Do Not Disturb feature of your Charge 3 is enabled and this is the reason why you're not receiving notifications from your Samsung S9. That said, let make sure that DND is not enabled by pressing the button of your Charge 3 for 3 seconds. Also, the battery saving mode of your phone must be turned off.
