Not receiving notifications

I have purchased a inspire. Downloaded the app in my oneplus6, synced with the device. However, I am not getting any notifications for call, msg, whats app, etc. Any suggestions please?

Please follow our troubleshooting steps on the article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone

 

If this doesn't help, you can set up your Inspire as a replacement Tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1572833063459.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
