I have looked into how to get notifications and I am not getting notifications from my android to my Fitbit. I just bought the Charge 3, but this was also a problem with my Inspire. I am trying everything but nothing is working.

Hello @jasbradbur, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.
Thanks for the information that was shared in your post, your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation is appreciated. To better assist you with and so we can move forward, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using with both Fitbit devices? When was the first time you experienced such situation? Are you not receiving any type of notifications on your devices?
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit devices are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
Looking forward to your reply. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

I am using an S10, I have talked with other people with Android and fibit and they all have the same problem. I think the issue with iPhone is also with Android. I have had this problem for about a month and a half. It's mainly Snapchat and email and texts not being received. I have looked at that page and I know that none of those solutions have worked so far.

Your reply is appreciated @jasbradbur, my apologies for the delayed response.
Thanks for taking into consideration the steps that were shared on my previous post. Keep in mind that each case is different because of the mobile devices and the settings that are configured. To better assist you with this, can you please send me a screenshot of the notification settings from the Messages app of your Samsung Galaxy S10? I'll check that everything is correctly configured.
Keep me posted.

Hello, yes I did the steps as I was directed over the phone by support how to. UnfoetUnfortu they did not resolve the issue. Sometimes the notifications would work, but now they do not about 90% of the time. I tried the resolution steps about 3 times over the course of a couple days
