I just upgraded my phone from a Samsung s6 to a Samsung s10e. Now my phone will not continue to find my device. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app about 5 times. It looks like the app will not stay running in the background. I am not receiving any of my notifications. This is very frustrating. This was the main reason I bought the Versa. It says that my Versa is paired with my phone through bluetooth, but none of the solutions are working for me. Please help!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too, I totally understand how frustrating this situation can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I have tried all of that and now I am trying to start it all over with a factory reset. I uninstalled the app and installed it again and now my phone does not pick up on my versa with bluetooth. This is just craziness.
