Setup process of Charge 3 - Pairing code

I have been using a Charge 2 for some time now without issue.  I received a new Charge 3 and am trying to link toy account.  In the device set up I select Charge 3 and my device is found.  It wants me to enter a 4 digit pairing Id.  Where do I find the if?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. The 4 digits ID to complete the setup process will be show on your Charge 3 display.

 

Then, if you experience difficulties, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
