Not receiving notifications

I am not getting any notification of my text, emails, etc on my versa2 as I am using an android phone.

I tried a lot but I am not getting it, even my Bluetooth is always on but still, my watch is not always connected, when I sync my watch then only for a few hours I got notifications of my calls if any.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I just received the versa 2 as a present and completed setup but am also not receiving notifications of calls or text messages etc. I have read through all the related articles and everything is setup, updated, and turned on/synced. I'm using a Galaxy Crown 7. Help?
