Text messages are not working since updating my Pixel 3XL to Android 10.

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if you're not receiving notifications at all or just the text ones? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit device are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I also had this issue and it was driving me crazy for the longest time. This is what I did and it seems to be working again. First in Android's Settings, go to "Reset options" and click "Reset app preferences." Then, go into the Fitbit app, click on your profile picture, and then on your Fitbit device. Once in there, a popup asked me if I wanted to link my Fitbit with the app. I tapped on yes, and next thing I know, my wrist has been buzzing again with text notifications!
Note: I don't think it asked me to link my Fitbit right away after resetting app preferences, and it might have been after a phone restart that things started working again. I'm sorry I don't have more concrete details about all the steps I took. I was just poking around, not expecting anything I tried to work since I had already tried all the standard options like repairing the Fitbit to the phone via bluetooth, and nothing had worked...until now.
