Not receiving text notifications on Inspire HR

I am able to receive notifications for all other apps on my fitbit except for text messages.  May be related to last samsung (using an s9) update, but it's super annoying.  I've tried all the standard *fixes* but nothing is getting messages to work.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Please fix this.  Or gGarmin may be getting a few new customers.
