Hello, I recently upgraded to the Galaxy S10 and my fitbit versa is not receiving text notifications from my phone anymore... I have done HOURS of the trouble shooting recommended by other posters, articles, and tech support. I was hoping to see if anyone has encountered in advanced settings "require encryption" ON and unable to be turned off by default??? Attaching a picture for reference

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured.
After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes. Also, to further investigate this inconvenience, can you please let me know if your Samsung Galaxy S10 is running Android 10?

Hello! Yes I have done everything from all of those articles you posted already. and yes my galaxy is running Android version 10.

I'd like to let you know that we are aware of an issue that's affecting the notifications feature with Android 10 mobile devices. That being said, I recommend you to keep the Fitbit app up to date while we work to resolve this matter as prompt as possible.
