I addressed this issue few days ago on this forum. I was very happy with my fitbit for the last 6 months as it was working flawlessly. Now, I tried all the possible troubleshooting, rebooting, phone switching etc. Still not getting any message notifications but getting calls and emails.

I was asked to be patient as the linking is taking longer than usual after reinstalling it twice by now. I don't have a twitter account to complain. How can I proceed? It's now over 5 days without any improvements. I am using Xiaomi Mi9 phone. Thank you in advance

Hello @PetMan, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums!

First of all, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Which Fitbit device you're currently using?

Let me share with you that the Xiaomi Mi9 is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it. I'm aware that some users are able to use non-compatible devices with our Fitbit products, however, we cannot ensure a proper function of all its features due to this compatibility concern, Fitbit app, device and Android updates.

Even though your mobile device isn't compatible, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
