Happy new year! I have a Samsung S9 plus and a Fitbit Versa 2 watch. I am not receiving notifications on my watch for SMS/text messages. Some texts appear but it is inconsistent. No notifications/vibrations ever occur on the watch when a new text arrives. I contacted fitbit support in November but they have no provided any update. I have troubleshooted with suggestions for phone and watch with no success. Please help.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
