Not receiving texts or calls when phone on silent

 Despite updating the fitbit app I'm still not receiving text or call notifications when my phone is on silent, any ideas?

Hello there @Jad1, awesome to have you here as a new member of the Fitbit Community! My apologies for the late response and I'm wondering if after the update you have select the new option "Always Vibrate"?

This option allows you to receive notifications even if your phone is in do not disturb or silent mode. You can find this settings in the notifications section of your Fitbit app, by accessing to your tracker settings.

It now appears to be working although I can't seem to be able to find the new option in the notification section of the app, would you be able to give me a step by step breakdown re finding it?

Hi, so I'm having the same issue. I have the charge 2 and the Samgung Galaxy S8. I have been getting my texts and calls to the fitbit no problem until recently. I followed steps you provided in a different post about force stopping the app, logging out of fitbit app and restarting phone to no avail. My fitbit says notifications are off however on the app they are on and on the settings on my phone. I even accepted it in silent mode so I am confused and frustrated that this isn't working.
