Not recieving notifications and calls on versa2

Im using versa2 since a month. In the earlier days i used to recieve notifcations and cals on my fibit hut after the update im not receiving notifications. Im being showed a dialogue box asking to restart my mobile for recieving notifications and nothing changed inspite of doing it several times. I followed all the steps mentioned in the troubleshoot list. My mobile is oneplus 7pro.

I would log out of the app, when logging back in, the app will ask for permission to lync the tracker along with other permissions.
