Not saving steps or sleep

The watch & app both record my activity but it doesn't save anything the day after

@KungFuSteve It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your account isn't saving your data. What are you viewing on the app to think that no data is being saved? Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your app? Which phone are you using? Is the app up to date? Which OS version is your phone running?

Thanks for getting back in touch with me

The steps are being recorded on the daily but not saving for the day after
& the sleep monitor isn't working at all. The sleep monitor is the main
reason I wear your device as I work nights & need to track my sleep

This is not solved, I must of pressed the wrong button trying to upload a pic.

The watch is recording daily the steps but not saving it once past 00:00 and the sleep tracker doesn't work at all. These are the only 2 functions I use on your platform & it is kind of redundant if they don't work

I've been having the same issue as well. No sleep has been recorded and only recorded 12 steps for the day which I'm up at 5AM and walking around, working out, walk a 1/4 mile to work, I've looked at the help forum but have not had much luck. Been having this issue for some time now. FitBit died on Tuesday but I received no notifications that the battery was dying. I have an Android and I know there have been issues with the Androids since 9/20 roughly. My app is up to date as well.

This is happening again, please tell me what I am doing wrong or sort out your software as this is getting verry annoying
