This has been the worse experience my Versa has not been synching so I was told do do a factory reset what a mistake now not only want it synch it's now it's not letting me do anything so my only option according to Fitbit is purchase another Fitbit what BS

If you did a factory reset treat as a brand new watch - remove all prior traces from the phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit App. Logout of the App and restart both watch and phone, then login to the Fitbit App, click on the profile photo [top left] and click "+ Set up a Device"
