My Fitbit no longer synchs with my phone I have Bluetooth enabled on phone. Is it possible that I somehow disabled Bluetooth on the Fitbit itself?

Hi there @FiremanKen good to see new faces around. Rest assure about since the bluetooth cannot turn off from your tracker. It might be issues between the communication of the tracker between the mobile app and your phone. For this, try the following suggestion of this post: Having trouble syncing? Hi, I have a fitbit charge 2 that isn't synching well with the app. It can take hours for it to decide to synch info, and I lost exercise yesterday bc it didnt synch from 818 pm. I tried to follow the link to the article you posted and it says access denied. Why is that?

Yes I am in the same position as Jill below. I have a HR inspire which is not synching with my android phone. It's simply stuck saying at 70%. Haven't had a problem with synching before today. I can't read the article either. Access denied.
