What happened to Vector watch app?

Hello,

I know that Fitbit owns the Vector Watch. I have a watch from Vector and I can't use the app properly becaue the server are down for some time. I want to change from Android to iPhone but I read some reviews that you can't connect the watch properly now. I tried sending an email to support@vectorwatch.com but the email address doesn't exists anymore. As this product is own by Fitbit, can someone clarify the support for Vector Watch products? What happened and how can I use my watch now without the app?

Moderator edit: Subject for clarity.

@Nadstrif Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out regarding the Vector app. This is not supported directly by Fitbit.

This was the information released at the time:

"Fitbit did not acquire the hardware products of Vector. The Vector customer support team continues to respond to customer needs and questions regarding the Vector Watch product using the same channels as before. All warranty or other hardware specific questions continue to be addressed by the Vector Watch support team.

More information about Vector product and customer support can be found here: https://help.vectorwatch.com/  or by contacting support@vectorwatch.com."

If you mean that the email you sent bounced back to your inbox, I would search for other contact channels to the Vector support team.

Have a nice day!

The site that you mentioned is not working anymore and the email address doesn't exist!

Hi @Nadstrif  - it would seem the company has gone out of business to the state that the server behind the app is no longer maintained.

Even shops selling the Vector mark it as discontinued.

I found this old link
