My android app updated over night and now my Charge 2 is not synching. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still not working! Any help?

@CeiraDenise, did you restart your phone after the Fitbit Android app updated? If not, shut down the phone and restart it, and try syncing again. If it updated last night, it should now be on version 2.46.

Thanks for trying out some self-troubleshooting steps. In addition to @USAF-Larry's suggestions, let's also give the steps in the "I can't sync my tracker" help article a try. Hoping that helps to get you back on track.

The Fitbit app updated but now has not synced in 3 days. I tried uninstall/reinstall. Ive tried suggestions on the community site. My Android cant even find the tracker now. Its not a Bluetooth thing either. Anyone????

I am having this problem with my Android. Hasnt synced in 3 days, cant find tracker. Ive reboited fitbit, uninstalled app, turned Bluetooth on and off. My friends having the same issue
