My app won't sync like it did before the update. Once I download the app it sync good and normal, but if I sync it an hour later it stops and won't go further. I log out/ stop the all, but that won't help only deleting the app and downloading again.

Thanks for letting us know about all the things that you have tried to get it to work.
In this case, I'd like to recommend that you follow these general steps. Some of the ones you have tried are included there but it is well worth a shot.
Additionally, what phone are you using to sync? Have you checked if it is part of the compatible devices list?
Keep in mind that a phone that is not on the list can experience issues like this. We cannot guarantee that it will definitely sync at all times. As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements to sync, Android 4.4 or higher and Bluetooth 4.0, it is possible that the app will sync. Even then, some users have found that using the steps I shared above helps for incompatible phones. Perhaps you could give it a shot.
