My fitbit charge 3 not syncing with my phone ..work great for the first week ..now it stops every other day ...what's happening

Some phones seem to be inconsistent and regularly have issues. What phone do you have? Is it on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

I have a Samsung galaxy A3 2017 version ...it's driving me mad ..inconsistent data

That phone is not on the list of supported devices so it's possible that it will not work as well as you'd like.

 

All I can suggest is that when you have syncing issues you go through the standard troubleshooting steps in the hope that they give you a temporary fix.

 

Do you have access to a computer or tablet that you could use to sync your fitbit more reliably?
