Not syncing

My flex will not sync to my phone. I have reset my phone and keep trying to refresh but it is saying cannot locate tracker.

Mine hasn't synced since Wednesday...what's up with that? I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but nothing works.

Try shutting off your phone and restarting it - worked for me!!!

Hi @Lmkoli76 how are you doin' today? I can see that my friend @karfitz has posted some ideas to help you out. In addition, I would like to suggest you to restart the tracker itself. And there is this help article "I can't sync my tracker" which has steps to troubleshoot this issue.
