I keep getting sync errors even though I've updated the app, forced it to stop, uninstalled and reinstalled, etc. I'm still getting the error.

My flex 2 has suddenly stopped synching

Go to your advance settings make sure everything is on & connected to your Wi-Fi then it should sync!

Everything is on, I have had no problem with it syncing till today.

I hadn't synced since 27th June, now it won't (Charge HR) all settings are correct. Tried via PC , same story.

Nope. Not syncing. Turned on and off the all-day sync, and the location and the always enabled button. Nothing works,.

My Flex 2 hasn't synced since Thursday 13th July 2017. Tried reinstalling apps, checked settings and even changing app to another phone, usually use Sony Xperia. Nothing is working. Alertsstill active on the fitbit, but nothing is syncing to app

I finally got mine to sync. Put it in the charger, hold the button until you see the Fitbit symbol then see if your Bluetooth device recognizes it. That's what I did and it worked.

@SusiM what did you do? How long did you held the button pressed? Because surely you couldn't see any Fitbit sign on Flex 2

Hi, I turned on the app, put the fitbit in the charger and held it for a few minutes. For some reason, it is not showing as a connected Bluetooth device on the list, which I suppose is the Fitbit message I was to look for, however it is now syncing with the app.
