Best AnswerI finally got mine to sync. Put it in the charger, hold the button until you see the Fitbit symbol then see if your Bluetooth device recognizes it. That's what I did and it worked.
Hi, I turned on the app, put the fitbit in the charger and held it for a few minutes. For some reason, it is not showing as a connected Bluetooth device on the list, which I suppose is the Fitbit message I was to look for, however it is now syncing with the app.
