When I am walking the app no longer talks to me. It used to tell me the miles and time. The volume is on and mute isn't selected.

Hello @meghan1791
Thank you for your response. But it looks like you provided the information for your phone, not a Fitbit device.

My issue is with the app not my fitbit device. The app used to tell me what mile I was on and my pace.

Hello @meghan1791
Thank you for the clarification.
I'll have to let someone else answer your question since I don't use my phone & the Fitbit app to track my workouts.

Check for phone and fitbit app updates.
Are you starting your walk tracking on the Fitbit app on the phone? Using earbuds?
Is your phones volume turned up?
Voice cues enabled for the prompts that you want.
Try disabling, then enable voice prompts.
Are you also listening to music?
