I put my fitbit back on today after not being used for over a month. It's fully charged but not syncing my steps. It's showing 0.

Hi @Anitrastevens, welcome to the Community. Cat Very Happy Sounds pretty bad that your Flex is not syncing, but don't worry, let me suggest you to take a look of this article "I can't sync my tracker" which has instructions to fix this issue.
