**starting a new topic as the last one says solved and it's not**

 

My new Samsung Note 10+ isn't syncing texts with my iconic. I'm assuming this is lag that occurs when a new device launches and updates need to occur but I'm wondering if any other Note 10 users are experiencing the same?

My charge 2 will sync but doesn't get notifications of callers name or message of text.

I cant get the firmware for charge 2 cant see sleep on main page.

I have a Note 10+ as well and now it is not syncing or connecting.  I am constantly getting the message "Device not Found".  I even tried setting it up again to no avail.  I use it for sleep tracking, can't get anything at all on that.  It was tracking my steps but now it doesn't even do that.  Steps are tracked on Charge 3 itself, but that is it.

My Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ does not sync with my Blaze Fitbit as well
