I have a Galaxy S7 and Inspire HR, and the app and watch are up to date.
I'm having issues with the sleep tracking. After the initial pairing, it would use my heart rate to produce a graph. After two nights, it no longer gave me the graph and startes to do the same sleep tracking as non-HR.
This coincided with all the exercises on my fitbit turning into Pilates with no way to change them back.
I erased user data on the Inspire HR and repaired it to the app which got everything working like before again. It stopped giving the graph again.
I lock the phone every night. I've had the program in both the background and foreground upon locking.

Hello @Obso1337, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the information that was shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? After the first time you experienced such inconvenience your device only recorded auto-sleep simplified graphs or no sleep information at all? If possible, can you please tap on one of the sleep logs and then scroll down to find an error message? If there's a message, it will explain the reason why your device didn't recorded Sleep Stages, please let me know which message you received (if applicable) so we can move forward.
In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

It started Friday. It's just showing the simplified graph with no sleep score and there aren't any error messages.
