I got a Fitbit Versa yesterday and now I realize that my phone ie: MI Note 5 pro is not compatible with my watch which is why I am unable to receive any notifications on my watch. It is one of the latest phones by Xiomi and it is really surprising that this device is not compatible with the watch. Is there any way there will be an upgrade anytime soon? or will I have to the return the smart watch? 😞

I am using Fitbit versa from almost 6months now. It's a waste of money coz
you won't be getting call, message or app notification. Infact the fitness
is on and off due to compatibility issues.at times I have to do the
complete set up post which I can at least view the tracker dashboard. You
will be facing sync issue. And I believe Fitbit is not going to add mi note
5pro any tym soon in their compatible device

Luckily i was able to figure it out and get the phone synced. Now I get all
notifications and calls on my watch 🙂

I was this close to returning the Versa but in time had things figured

What is the fix for the issue? Any leads will be helpful. I am running into the same issue with Versa 2.
