Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?

Hello, @Akalade! Welcome aboard! This could be because the Note 7 has not been tested and added to our compatible devices list, this is why you might be experiencing some issues. At the moment, there isn't an update in when this device will be compatible, however, keep an eye on our website for any news on this.

Keep in mind that this doesn't precisely mean that it will not work at all, some basic features like syncing your tracker should work and some others like music and messages might not.

Let me know if you have questions! Man Very Happy

I have note 7 as well and I cant get my tracker to even sync my steps at all. I just got a new fitbit Alta and this is a new phone. So i dont know if this a tracker problem (need to return it) or is this due to being incompatible with note 7? Help
