Why is the iOS app better?

Just got an Andriod phone after using both ios and Windows phone.  Both of these have the new dashboard and have forever.  iOS also has an extremly useful feature of things you usually log when you log something else.  When was the last time this thing was updated and how can the tiny Windows Phone user base justfiy a better app?

There are those on the iOS forum that seem to disagree that their version is better, @Damaged58, and would like to go back to the old version such as is on the Android.  But, fear not, there will soon be a new version for the Android that is more like the iOS version.  Will people love it or hate it?  No one has ever figured out how to please everybody....
