For the past five days or so, my Fitbit sleep data is only showing awake, asleep, and restless with out the other info it usually shows including a sleep score. Also, I have no readiness score. I have rebooted both the watch and phone and nothing works. I also tried sleeping on a different side than usual and adjusting the watch band tightness. Nothing helps. If this is how it will be, I don't see the point of paying for premium and I certainly will not upgrade to a new watch.

Best AnswerWell, surprise surprise!! Today when I opened the app I was greeted by a page about a new update. I closed that and voila, all my stats are back and the sleep info is all working properly again. Once again, I didn't change anything so obviously it was something going on on Google/Fitbits end. Anyways, all is well once again. (for now)
I have the same issue here. I have a Pixel Watch 1 and it does not show Breathing rate nor Heart-rate variability (HRV). I guess this is the reason why I don't see proper sleep or readiness score.
However, oxygen saturation (SpO2) and Resting heart rate (RHR) were correctly measured. I did not change how I wear my watch and the battery was not low the past nights.
Any help is appreciated.
Best AnswerYup, exactly the same symptoms. At least we know it's not us...it's them even if nobody wants to admit it. C'mon Google. What's going on?
