Notification Text Messages Failure

Good Day,

I am not getting text messages notifications on the Charge 3 and Android.

I've tried all the Fitbit recommended fixes, reinstall etc. I've also switch charge 3 with my wife's (she is iOS) charge 3 and same issue and even factory reset by phone.

I get all other  notifications, Calendar, Email and App but just no text messages.

Any ideas?

Samsung Galaxy S10 and prior to this all notifications worked fine. I do not know what changed to stop message notifications. Like I posted did a factory reset on the phone and even tried a different Charge 3.

Me as well. I get all notifications except SMS/Text notifications. Its frustrating, please help! i use s10+

even though i had do not disturb off  I had a manual time put in  so I deleted the time and do not disturb is still off and now it works.

I am having same issue. Very frustrating that I have the push notifications allowed for reminders to move, health reminders such as drinking water and all that it shows on my Fitbit is the symbol. Ugh! What's the point? Seems this use to work before Google change took place or I notice that if my other apps like text messages are turned off then the Fitbit ones will show. I like to see the actual texts for these reminders not the Fitbit symbol. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled app twice now, try resync but still not working like it use to. WTH is up with that? I use Samsung S21 5G. HELP SOMEONE AT GOOGLE OR FITBIT!

I also have manual time put in and DND off but still no Fitbit Reminders...only the symbol shows in my Fitbit whereas before it would show the actual Fitbit text message
