Notification error on Android Charge 2

I keep having problems with the notification function on my phone. Notifications are "on" on my Charge two, they are enabled within the app...but when I change them to on in the app and then go back...I only get the "Enable notifications" screen. Sometimes I get within the notifications menu and then the notifications work for roughly one day. Then they shut off and I can't enter the Notification menu again within the app. Does someone experience similar problems?

I faced same issue with my Android app and Charge 2. When I go to notification menu I see «Enable notofocation» screen. I enabled it and next day I see same screen instead of notification settings.

 

Last day I updated all apps and tracker frimware, I reinstalled FitBit app, I disabled and enabled notifications several time. But problem apeears again and again.

 

Meantime, I don't receive any notification to tracker.
