Blaze won't sync properly

My Blaze has stopped syncing properly. It will only do a partial sync then gives an error message. The only way I can get it to sync fully is recharge it fully, restart it and the phone (Samsung S5) then it works. Suspect there is a problem with the bluetooth connection. Any ideas or do is this a hardware problem?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Delboyscott! Definitely is not normal this behavior you are experiencing with your Blaze.
