Notification service not running.

Hi I have a Huawei P30 pro and the new Fitbit sense but I'm having problems with receiving notifications. 

 

I have tried resyncing, restarting my phone as the message asks and also clearing the Fitbit cache. I've turned off Bluetooth and turned on again. I've deleted the sense from the app and reconnected to the phone and nothing is working. 

 

Can anyone help with this issue. I had the old Fitbit Blaze and never had this issue at all never a problem.

Hi SLR2710,

 

I have the same problem with my Sense and Huawei P30 Pro. Notifications is not working. Fitbit app is showing a message to restart my phone to make notifications work. I restarted three times but still not working.

Since I changed the battery settings it is working again. These are the settings for Huawei P20 Lite but they are working fine for P30 pro.
