Notification sounds when phone is in Do Not Disturb mode

When my phone (Galaxy s10e) is in Do Not Disturb mode, all of my app notification sounds get silenced EXCEPT Fitbit. I would just silence Fitbit notifications entirely, but there is no option to turn off just sound for app notifications, either in the app or in my phone's settings, only to disable push notifications entirely. Does anyone know how I can either make the Fitbit app follow my phone's Do Not Disturb or turn off notification sounds for the app without disabling notifications entirely?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that only the Fitbit app notifications sounds when your Samsung S10e is in Do Not Disturb mode. To better assist you with this situation and further investigate, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? This happens with both text and phone call notifications? If with texts, an specific app notification or with all of them? In the meantime I receive your answers, please troubleshoot the Fitbit app following the next steps and let me know if the issue persists:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
