Hi @Hbiswas28. Glad you found us here in the forums! In your situation, the first thing I would suggest is double check your settings to make sure nothing got reset in the upgrade.
- On your Versa, press and hold the left button until you hear a vibration and the Screen Awake and Notifications screen shows up. Make sure Notifications is Det to ON. Press the left button again to get back to the main screen.
- In your phone app, tap the Account icon at the top, right of the screen. Then tap Versa. Scroll down to Notifications and verify that they are set to On (green) for the notifications you wish to receive.
