Notifications Not Working - Sense

Hello!

I previously had notifications synced with my Sense and suddenly lost them. I've cleared my cache on the app, force stopped, restarted. Nothing. I removed and re-added my sense to the app, nothing. I forgot Bluetooth connection and re-added it, nothing.

Thanks for the details shared and troubleshooting performed. Is your Sense showing as paired or connected to your phone's Bluetooth? I recommend you check your phone and Sense's settings and perform the rest of troubleshooting steps from this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Hi, by chance did you set Sleep or Do not disturb?

Swipe right to get to Quick Settings to check.

Also check phone is not in Do not disturb mode.

Nope, not on sleep or do not disturb. I still get reminders to move every hour, but nothing else. My fit bit is liked to my Bluetooth and syncing to the app.

Hi @ShannonC.  - if by chance you uninstalled the Fitbit App you will need to redo notifications and App notifications.

Reminders to move are probably managed by the watch itself.

You can use the SimpleCheckUp app from the gallery to verify syncing and connecting from the watches perspective.

It must connect well for notifications to work.

You can also check battery optimization on the phone in case the is is closing the Fitbit App or Bluetooth or both.
