My Food tracking bar code scanner will not recognize any bar code I put in front of it. How can I fix this? I am using version 3.49.1. Thank you

Did you give the app permission to access your camera?

 

On the phone, check Settings, Apps, Fitbit, Permissions

@Casgold  Sorry, I asked where you were because it doesn't, or didn't, work in all countries. But as you are in the US I don't know why it doesn't.
