I have a Charge 4 and a Huawei P30 phone
My notifications were not working for ever and I had the usual indication that I should restart my phone which of course did not help. I tried the guide on the fitbit site for this, but it did not resolve the issue:
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1979.htm
Finally, I had a hunch and just deleted the app on the phone and reinstalled it again...
And voilà, it worked 🙂
