how are you supposed to feel? When I haven't found a solution yet I've only just got the charge 3 only had it since yesterday and all my notifications do not work i.e text, WhatsApp, email calls, test call works fine but nothing else is coming through, I've continuously restarted the phone as it suggests but to no avail. I'm considering returning to Argos tomorrow, I love the Fitbit but would really like one I don't have to return, had the blaze had to have it replaced twice, same problems on the blaze notification didn't work aswell as the screen going on them. Anyway Helppppp anyone?

My blaze is doing that with messaging apps. I cant get any notifications of regular texts or messages from the app my school use to communicate with parents. I do still get them from emails or face book but that is all.

I've changed it now, got a new one yesterday but it's still doing the same thing. So disappointed.

Seems odd that your Fitbit devices notifications feature are not working as the way we designed, thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for both of you and I apologize for that. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you guys to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the requirements on your mobile devices are correctly configured in order to receive notifications. If all the settings are fine and correctly verified, please move forward and try troubleshooting steps specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
Make sure that your mobile devices are compatible with our products and services because a non-compatibility concern can be the root cause of this.

I have tried everything suggested. I have even tried live chat with customer support and they couldn't get me back to going. It's an issue in the app. My husband is having the exact same issues too.
