Notifications for Huawei p20 won't work!

Had a Fitbit for 3 years and just upgraded to the versa! 

However I got a new phone, the Huawei p20 in May and since then I've not been able to receive message notifications. Was hoping upgrading to the versa would help the issue but unfortunately it's not helped either!

Let me help you get the notifications to work with your P20.

 

Please try to follow all of the steps listed in this help article. They should definitely work in getting it all to sync properly. While you might have tried some of those steps, please try going through all of them in order.
