Hi @Geo1955. Welcome to the Forums.
You have a great watch on your hands and let me help you with the notifications issues. Since your Samsung Galaxy S10 phone is compatible with the Fitbit app, please verify if the notifications are enabled on your watch. You'll need to swipe down from the top of the screen, tap the quick settings icon and make sure the Do Not Disturb (circle with line icon) and Sleep Mode (moon icon) are turned off.
If the notifications are still not working, I'd recommend to try the troubleshooting steps described in this help article.
I'll be around, keep me posted. 😊

Hi @Jeepgirl2. Welcome! It's great to have a new member around. I'm sorry for the delay.
Thanks for joining this thread and trying the steps posted above. Just to clarify, do you have issues with all the notifications, meaning calls, text, calendar and apps? Also, may I know your phone's model and Android version?
In the meantime, please give one last try to the following steps:
- Remove the Ionic from the Bluetooth settings.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby. This is just for this process.
- Make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
- Reboot your phone and restart your Ionic one more time.
- Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > set up a device.
- Choose your Ionic and follow the onscreen instructions.
- Once the process is done, set up the notifications and test your watch.
Let me know how everything goes.
