I have charge 2 tracker and would love to get call and messages notifications on it. But these options are not available in the app. Is there a solution for this?

Welcome to the Forums @Rajan999.
This might be happening because the Note 8 is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.
As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the notifications.

Best AnswerHi @LanuzaFitbit, the device is listed in the supported device list..and I tried other measures as well provided by you. Unfortunately they didn't work. Finally I have written to the customer support as a last try, hope it works out. Thanks for the inputs.

Hello @Rajan999.
Thanks for reaching back to me.
You can find an Note 8.0 on the list. However, that refers to a tablet released a number of years ago, and not the phone Galaxy Note 8. That would explain why the notifications are not coming through.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
