My Alta hr no longer receives text or call notifications.  I tried troubleshooting,  but still not working.  I have an android (galaxy S8). I've tried uninstalling app, restarting phone,  restarting Fitbit, forgetting Bluetooth ..and reconnecting. I've got the latest Fitbit update.  Please help

Welcome to the Forums @Diana0624! Thanks for sharing your experience with your Alta HR and for all the troubleshooting you tried before posting here. 

 

Upon checking with Support I was able to see that you currently have a case with them. The best option at the moment is to continue working with them. I'm sure that they can check in the system what is going on with your device and help you.
