This is a recurring topic. The previous one has been marked as solved indicating that an upgrade to the 2.73 version would help resolve the problem. However, I am already on the 2.74 version and I am still getting the notification error. I am currently using OnePlus 5T. Could it be a compatibility issue with my phone? Is anyone else with other phones still experiencing this problem?

Hello @sdai1010.
It definitely sounds like it is a matter of compatibility. Given that the OnePlus 5T is not on the list, it could lead to issues like this.
Some users have noted that even while using a phone that is not on the list, following these troubleshooting steps has worked. As long as your phone fulfills the minimum requirements (Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0) there is a chance that those steps can help, although we cannot guarantee that it will.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Best Answerhad a basic fitbit with 5T for 6 months and it worked great, upgraded to Versa and its never worked correctly. Notifications have never worked, Wifi is always dropping out at least 1 hour or less after connecting it, but the worst bit is that Versa stops syncing with the APP at least once every 3 days and then stops sending data to the app. The only way to then relink is to delete the app and reinstall it and then re-pair. If i try to delete versa from phone links and re-pair it works once in about 5 times, but deleting the app and reinstalling it works everytime, just a pain in the arse having to do this every 3 or 4 days!!
